Carolina Longarm Association
New Membership

C

arolina Longarm Association meets once a quarter on the second Saturday of January, April, July and October. Meeting venues are varied. Our meetings begin at 10:00 am with a short business meeting, followed by a brown bag lunch and a unique, educational program in the afternoon, ending with “Show and Tell”. We adjourn at or about 3:00 pm.


W

e hold quarterly meetings where our members share their LA quilting knowledge and ideas. The CLA hosts workshops for new LA quilters along with providing ideas for marketing their skills.


M

embership dues are $10.00 per year, payable by the January meeting.


M

embership Benefits are: Membership in the Yahoo group, Pass worded web-site, members only or discounted classes set up by the organization, embroidered name tags, fellowship and interaction with other Longarm quilters, biennial quilt show featuring only longarm quilted items.
